...If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed. Paul Washer is founder of the HeartCry Missionary Society.
HeartCry is a missionary society with one great and overriding passion: that God's Name be Great among the Nations (Malachi 1:11) and that the Lamb receive the full reward for His suffering (Revelation 7:9-10).

@@DunnMotors thats very good advice and thank you Brad for that. However, my purpose in talking with brother Paul was not to learn about the scriptures so much as it was more to ask him personal questions if he would be willing to do so. By the way, the bible said that the very reason that God placed in the church apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, and evangelists was for Ephesians 4:12-16 [12]For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: [13]Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: [14]That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; [15]But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: [16]From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. So reading the scriptures is good and we should do that, but God has also placed in the church ministerial gifts to rightly divide the Word of truth by the Holy Spirit to help guide the church. Of course, it still takes a born again experience where a believer recieves the nature of God in their soul by the baptism of the Holy Ghost after believing, repenting, and being baptized in water in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38) to even be able to fully recieve the revelation of the scriptures (St. John 3: 3). Thanks again, and if you happen to find out how to personally contact brother Paul please let me know. God bless

@@malachizimmerman3072 Thats alot of steps for salvation. Hopefully you know that you wouldn't be able to do all those steps if one was minutes away from death because of a car accident or moments to live and hear the gospel, (good news) of salvation. Well i hope this helps some brother.

@@DunnMotors sir, I'm not sure what I have said or done to cause you make a judgment and question the experience that God has done in my life. I know that I don't know you personally and I am almost certain that you most likely don't know me either. What I do know and can speak of is the grace the God has given me to change my life and place a love in my heart for him and his people. My desire is to share that grace with others who are open to receive it, that Christ can be glorified and he can perform his will in me and the rest of his many membered body. I would like to point out that I believe you are mistakenly placing salvation and being born again as the same thing. Of course, a person cannot recieve the new birth without recieving salvation, however, it is possible for a person to be saved without recieving the new birth. The scriptures tell us we are saved by grace through faith(Ephesians 2:8), but the scriptures also tell us in Ephesians 1:13 (also in Acts 19:2) that we do not recieve the new birth until AFTER we believe NOT WHEN we believe. Paul also confirms this in Romans 4:9-11, showing how Abraham received THE SEAL (The Holy Spirit is the seal of the believer (Ephesians 4:30)) of circumcision as a confirmation that God had accepted his faith. Paul also showed the anti-type of circumcision in Romans 2:29 that we are now circumcised in our hearts through the sealing of the Holy Spirit. The Lord Jesus showed the difference between those saved and those with the new birth in the parable of the wise and foolish virgins. They ALL were VIRGINS (living a clean sanctified life), but only some of them had oil (the baptism of the Holy Spirit). You also find those believers in the book of Acts 8: 15-17, who had believed in the gospel and obeyed it by being baptized in water in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, yet they still did not recieve the Holy Ghost (the new birth spoken of by the Lord in St. John 3:3). Thats why they had Peter and John come so that they could lay hands on them and pray and ask God to give them the Holy Ghost. They believed, but they needed more than just that and they were not going to settle for nothing less than Christ himself the Holy Spirit. This is why the apostle Paul had asked those devout believers and disciples of John in Acts 19 if they had yet recieved the Holy Ghost SINCE they believed (not when). The scriptures show how God leads people through three stages of the work of grace unto a full redemption. These stages are Justification (through repentance of sin and believing in the gosepl), Sanctification (where sinful habbits are cleaned out of a person and God gives them power to live a clean, holy, and sanctified life), and then the baptism of the Holy Ghost where God himself dwells inside the believer, making him a new creation in Christ. All of which was spoken throughout the scriptures in shadows and types, but also mentioned in Ezekiel 36: 24-28, Jeremiah 31: 31-33, and Hebrews 8: 10. More can be said, but I hope this helps you friend. For those who may read this, and are seeking the Lord for a deeper experience, please consider and read the scriptures over of what was mentioned and ask yourselfs the same question that Paul asked those believers of John the baptist, "have ye recieved the Holy Ghost since ye have believed?". The hour is late and the rapture is upon us, you don't want to be found left behind when the bride of Christ is raptured up and the nominal church believers were left to suffer during the great tribulation period as the Lord had spoken of the wise and foolish virgins. Buy the oil without price while there is still time and accept the fullness of God's redeeming work. Mr. Dunn, I also do believe in death bed confessions and people receiving salvation just before death as the theif on the cross who died with our Lord, but I also believe there has to be a genuine faith there for God to accept it and I wouldn't put too much confidence in it or convince someone that they can just put off their decision to accept Christ and continue living their sinful life without the Lord, and simply just wait until before they die and then finally accept Christ then after they wasted their life away and simply expect Christ to forgive them and accept them and abuse his mercy and grace that they have shunned and despised their whole life. As I said, I do believe in death bed confessions, but I don't have much confidence in them and I wouldn't suggest to anyone to have confidence in them either. The bible said TODAY is the day of salvation, and to call on the Lord while he is near and may be found. They might despise and put off his grace for the last time and there be no mercy left for them in the day of their calamity which God said he will laugh at them at that time. Proverbs 1:22-33 [22]How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? [23]Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. [24]Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; [25]But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: [26]I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; [27]When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. [28]Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: [29]For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD: [30]They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof. [31]Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices. [32]For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them. [33]But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.
