I think she has some of the best-if not the best-footwork on the women’s tour. She is virtually always on the front foot and gets sideways to the ball crazy fast, so all of her strokes are fully loaded into the ball. Love watching her practice like this because you can see how she’s always on her toes and able to step into RBA’s shots, which isn’t easy to do. Great footage.
rba is hitting so casually and relaxed to her, obviously she's going to look like she has alot of time on the ball. lets see him hit at full power and see if her footwork still stands
Came for Badosa, stayed for RBA. Always loved watching him play. For some reason I have a real soft spot for players like him that are considered "journeymen" despite being great players in their own right. Players like Seppi, PCB, that look like they could just hit groundstrokes until the end of time.
That's because the average ball speed and weight is below what RBA would meet practicing with other male players. On the contrary, Badosa is facing an average speed and ball weight that demands from her hard working in order to take advantage of the session and improve. Also it's good to note that she's focusing on mantain stable centered shots and most of direction changes come from RBA.
@@adamromero because his shots are so gentle about 50 percent slower than mine . I assumed it was someone old.. but now that people have clarified who it is " rba" , that makes sense 🤣
