You know you’re an elite runner when you run 2:17 for a marathon and then want to get in better shape. Paula is still the best in my opinion. She would have beaten the current best if she’d had today’s shoes.
Paula is a national treasure ❤ I ran my first marathon last Sunday in Manchester...what a feeling...going to spectate tomorrow and cheer on all the amazing runners in the same way I was cheered on by the awesome crowds last week...marathons are special 😍

Don't worry too much about sleep but be sure to at least be rested. Get to bed and relax. If you get decent sleep then all the better. 2 nights before is a good night to get at much sleep as possible.
@@fergusdenoon1255 I did the great Scottish 10k in 2022 with a poor sleep the night before I got it in 41.18, then did it in 2023 with a great sleep got it in 40.16
