La exposición revisa el trabajo de la artista desde el San Francisco Tape Music Center, Mills College, UCSD, el desarrollo de las Sonic Meditations, Deep Listening y Deep Listening Band hasta sus últimos trabajos.
We visit the exhibition Pauline Oliveros. Retrospective at Centro de Creación Contemporánea de Andalucía C3A, Cordoba, Spain. The first museum retrospective exhibition of composer and creator of Deep Listening Pauline Oliveros. Curated by Alvaro Rodríguez Fominaya.
The exhibition follows the artist career from the San Francisco Tape Music Center, Mills College, UCSD, the development of the Sonic Meditations, Deep Listening and Deep Listening Band until her final years.
Centro de Creación Contemporánea de Andalucía is a government non-collecting contemporary art center / kunsthalle with artist residencies, exhibition galleries, performing arts venue and media wall. It is designed by architectural studio Nieto Sobejano and shortlisted for the Mies Van der Rohe award.
