You underestimate vampire sovereign. That card is the best big black flyer in my peasant cube. It’s not siege rhino, but it’s less far off than you might think and you don’t even have to play multiple colors.

Tenth District Legionnaire and Monastery Swiftspear are both solid inclusions for an agro Boros deck. An underrated archetype in most formats in my opinion. Especially with cards like Defiant Strike, Expidite, Crimson Wisps, Fists of Flame, Balduvian Rage, Shelter, Psychotic Fury, Guided Strike, Niveous Wisps, and Formation for card draw; then Boon of Safety, Loran's Escape, Sheltering Light, Gods Willing, Adamant Will, Feat of Resistance, Emerge Unscathed, Apostle's Blessing, Otherworldly Journey, or Cloudshift for protection. Then you have access to additional Heroic creatures like Akroan Crusader, Akroan Skyguard, Arena Athlete, Lagonna-Band Trailblazer, Satyr Hoplite, and Tethmos High Priest. Not to mention further burn support in cards like Therom-Alchemist, Kessig Flamebreather, and Firebrand Archer; plus Kiln Fiend with its more aggressive pseudo Prowes. Then there's Brute Force, Titan's Strength, Infuriate, Built o Smash, Temur Battlerage, Soul's Fire, and Run Amok for additional damage on top of all that. Sudden Breakthrough could help with early damage in a more low-to-the-ground deck while giving a boost for a follow-up turn. Take Up the Shield, Swift Justice, or just Lifelink would be decent sideboard cards to help pad your life. Light of Hope is a decent modal card for padding life, enchantment removal, or pumping a creature. Make Your Mark is another phenomenal card in a deck like this as it will buff a creature and can then replace it if it dies that turn. Prying Blade, Goldvien Pick, and Beamtown Beatstick are the only artifacts I'd bother mentioning for a deck like this as they generate additional mana for this very mana-hungry kind of deck. Upgrade your deck to modern or commander with cards like Feather, Zada, and Mirriorwing Dragon. Tiny leaders with Feather, or pauper commander with Commander Liara Portyr or Toro D'Advenant, Fury Rider.

Vampire Sovereign is waay better than you'd expect- it sees viable competitive play in constructed! Gray Merchant isn't necessarily competing for the slot, in fact they're a lot better at enabling mono-black lanes as a team. Tenth District Legionnaire is awesome, the same aggro boros decks that want Seeker of the Way tend to benefit from Mileva even without a substantial heroic package. I also think you overlooked Gnarlid Colony since I feel it's closer to Tuskguard Captain and still likely plays better than Pridemalkin as it's more versatile while still enabling much of the same synergies. I do agree with your assessment of Carrier Thrall, compared to Nest Invader or even Scion Summoner it's not even that great at enabling Morbid. Curious, but have you tried Madness in pauper cube? I've got a Madness package sitting in my Maybeboard and I'm really tempted to give it a go. Grave Scrabbler, Kitchen Imp and Hell Mongrel all make for an interesting proposition.

Vampire Sovereign I think would at least be a maybe, as a static 3 life is still decent compared to Gary and has much better stats. Pirate’s Pillage is a hardcore skip after SNC came out, being a strictly worse version of Big Score. Otherwise I agree with all the ratings- great video!
