About The Voice of Ireland:
Based on the international hit format, The Voice of Ireland is looking for the best singing talent that Ireland has to offer. The Voice of Ireland will consist of three phases: The Blind Auditions, The Battles and The Live Shows. During these stages our 4 coaches, Kian Egan, Rachel Stevens, Una Foden and Bressie will help mentor their acts in the hope that one of them will become the next Voice of Ireland.

It is the voice of Ireland so I'm judging the voice. Compare with celtic woman's pie jesu which is sung note perfect and the singer's have complete mastery of the song yet bring their own unique voice. One act is polished and the other is learning his craft.
