Paav bhaji has been so close to me since childhood and I am so glad I could share this recipe with you guys. I was very happy with the way my bread turned out. Still not there yet but looks good and tastes 🤤🤤🤤

SALT - 1 tsp
ONION - 11/2 medium sized
TOMATO - 2 medium sized
POTATO - 2 large potatoes
BUTTER - 100gm
PAV BHAJI MASALA - 2 tbsp
RED CHILLI - 1 tbsp
CORAINDER POWDER - 1 tbsp
CUMIN POWDER - 1 tsp
TUMERIC - 1 tsp
SALT - TO TASTE
