Je škoda, že díla tohoto mistra P.J. Vejvanovského nejsou více uznávána, trochu zanikají mezi ostatními velkými skladateli té doby a přitom jeho hudba je nádherná, zasloužila by mnohem více pozornosti
Ah thank you Pau this is an awesome masterpiece by a once very important maestro. Those who are familiar with Biber’s superb masses can hear his style in this piece. This is a superb recording and worth seeking out.❤
This is the "Same music"........🥲 Yesterday I mention the name Dietrich Buxtehude to a "classic music expert"......Result? Open mouth, drooling expression..... : Great composers and liturgical works totally or partially forgotten, even by "erudite" musicologists. (For examples Antonio Lotti, Psalms and Vespers OR Adam Vaclav Michna. Missa S. Weneslas) All this masterworks should be studied in depth like Bach B minor mass........But no...... The 4 season please!!!!! We need Paul NG to, thankfully, introduce this gems to the rest of the world. Thank you Paul, much appreciated. Mario.
