“I have to eat it. I have to take it home. It’ll sit in my car for the duration of the ride back to my house. I have to set it on a plate, plant my butt in my couch and turn my TV on and pop open a cold one to enjoy the food with….. I’m taking the risk that I won’t get food poisoning from this stuff…. Also taking a risk you guys didn’t mess my order up…. There’s a lot of factors involved…”
You would need to get them appraised before going on the show... You meet with the staff a few times before you come on the show. I have a friend who sold a guitar there - but it didn't make the shows cut.
@@MTGWithMikeit's the same with shows like xfactor an Americas/ Britains got talent .. you go for audition- if you pass the audition you see the producers then if you pass that you go on the show

My dad had an old Black & Decker drill just like that one and it still worked. I think we sold it for $5. during a garage sale 25 years ago...oh well..
“The dent just gives it character.” 😂 LMAO! Imagine trying that with a car. “No no you don’t understand that dent in the side doesn’t lower its value it just adds character.” This is the problem with ignorant people inheriting stuff they don’t deserve.
When the owners never makes eye contact after a deal, I always feel so skeeved out. Customer just got ruined on the price and the owner's know it. As soon as they agree, get them away from their item as soon as possible after the deal and paid. Before they can think about it again and realise their mistake.
@@thomasashley4928nah the grandfather is actually fair to people, actually gives them reasons for the price and gives them options unlike Rick. Much nicer too believe it or not lmao
Atleast in Vegas they get people out to get the correct value, here in S.A pawn brokers will never do that they will want it for nothing and make thousands overnight
Lol who edited the second half of this video? None of those were actual negotiations and they cut out all the history/expert scenes for the items. So weird

@@jaymike3302 Did I? It seems that you didn't understand what I said, then. Besides, who goes around asking random people what they donated on a pawn stars comment section?
@@Samelameblamegame Well I know bashing Rick and screaming "lowball lowball !!" is the favorite thing to do on here. But if you guys can dish it out, you should be able to take it too.
