It's always funny to me how somebody can get crunk with the repo man when they know he wouldn't be there if they would have paid their carnote. Anyway, who thinks this repo man went a little too far with this lady or vice versa?
now that is true and funny as hell! Her hair looked sort of done too--hmm--priorities are get the hair done, keep the car looking and smelling good, keep mynails tight and worry about paying my bills later... LOL
But that's his job. His job is to reposses the property and he has to get the property. She had no right trying to keep him from doing his job by jumping in the car. It's kind of like, when the bank forecloses on your home, you can't push the Marshals out of your house and block them from doing what they were sent to do
how are they "Tricked"??? there grand total and monthly payment is told to them right before they sign the contract. read the fine print before you sign anything. if its in your contract that you going to have a balloon payment then its your fault when you cant make the payment. to many people in this country spend outside there means and this is what they deserve.

And he was supposed to somehow know that you would have given him the truck back peacefully? Do know how many crazy people there are that would put up a fight? I don't blame them for not announcing "hey I am here to take your car please don't try to stop me." And I believe that if the vehicle is in plain site they are allowed to come onto somebody's property to take it.

You take advantage of any situation you can to make profit no matter how unfair it is to others, you can't afford to be ethical, it'll damage your profits. Example: If I owned a dealership of cars and I know my cars aren't as good as the ones at a dealership a few blocks down, would I tell my customers that instead of telling them my cars are the best? I'd go out of business in no time...
You are missing the point in what i said. Most of the time it's someone losing a job, or getting injured or sick. The majority of repossessions aren't about someone being wreckless with their credit - they are about someone falling on hard times. I am just saying that of anything you can be in this world- you choose something that brings so much pain to people. It's a shit way to spend your one life on this earth - repo men are nothing more than low life's.
hw didnt have to snatch her from the truck....i don't care how she came out..if she came out with a gang of dudes i bet he wouldnt have done that..no matter how she acted no-one deserves to be pulled from there ride..no-one..plus he wasnt going to leave it alone anyway..that was clear from the jump..
No, evidently, YOU do not know what offensive and crass means. If you feel a particular way that's one thing but you need to learn how to state your point without intentionally offending an entire group of people, whomever they may be
