When I saw Mary Tyler Moore and Ed Asner together again, I knew this was going to be good. Thank-you for uploading another good one.

For those people in the world unaware this is how American law enforcement reacts to this day, I believe. Anybody can anonymously make a report to the police and the police act on it presuming the complaint to be more accurate and honest than the general public. The squeaky wheel getting oiled is very true to human nature. For example: as an employee you need to complain first because if you don't you may be hit with "there have been complaints made against you".

Misuse of authority is a thing seen since ancient times.. Great acting by the mother.. Never mess up with the cops they ain't good .. only use their services when required...

Interesting movie very moving and thought provoking. Justice was done in the end.

Mother will do anything just to help her child. Mom knows best .

For some reason the opening scene where they had the champagne to celebrate made me cry - that was so nice!

The fact that Ed , Mary and Beverly all worked with each other previously , makes this a great movie. They show how close they are and how comfortable they are together . Wonderful atmosphere. Sad that Beverly is the only one alive now . Ed was an amazing character actor and Mary .....well what can |I say .....just superb.

Seeing violent and abusive police makes wonder if we need more police members or we need better police. Let´s remember their wages come from your taxes.

It's true that one should always comply with the police in the USA. You won't win. Just end up in more trouble. Always be polite and hide your anger. If you're a woman alone and not sure, phone the police to confirm he is a policeman. They are not officers, they are constables. An officer is a gentleman. We working class are not gentlemen.

What a nice movie and a great suspense thriller. The whole entire story plot just sticked together, from the beginning, all the way to the end. I liked it from the very first minute,I downloaded this film, on the RU-vid channel. Especially, when i saw Ed Asner and Mary Tyler Moore together again, tears of joy came running down my eyes. The film is pure utopia!!! What they've shown is not even 10% of what the police, lawyers, judges, politicians do. And there are no measures or laws that suppress it because they are all dirty and corrupt. This was taken purely to show how it's supposed to be, of course it's not. They all stick together, like an octopus. You cut off two of her tentacles, they grow to be 20. Thanks for the movie, it has a dynamic, but the story is hollow!!! Pozz from Zagreb, Croatia!!! 🌬️🌀🙏🏻🌌
