Counterstrike skill to down cloakers is great, i found that to be the best choice for me^^

also cause you mentioned it, cloakers do have the highest hp of any special excluding dozers, but the highest headshot multiplier of x25, with dozer being at x10 or x15, memory is shaky on the dozer multiplier

WhiteCrow Gaming I believe the grenade launcher is bound to your bipod key (4 by default) and the night vision is bound to your switch deployables key (I believe left alt by default).
