What a strong piece of scaffolding you have constructed here! I just watched a MoMA clip about Kline. What a fabulous nod from you to Kline this work is - thanks for bringing him to our attention. Your own style is very evident. He used house paint??? I love that.

I really enjoyed this demo of Franz Kline just as I have the one you did on Wilhelm de Kooning. Both of them have inspired me as well as other artists who worked in New York in the 50s. I also had a favourite painter that worked in the same period, Stuart Davis.

What surface are you applying the paint too? Excuse my ignorance.Need to watch your other videos for more background on your techniques. Kline also my favourite artist. Always intrigued me how he created his later works.
