Great job. I wish I could repay my parents. I cried thinking about it during this video. My mom is senior but cares for mentally challenged kids 24hrs a day. Amazing person whom I love dearly. Thank you for a vision of what my dream would look like. Again your a great Son and thats an amazing gesture.

There is nothing stronger, in nature, than a parents love for their children and we see it over and over again. Parents self sacrifice, go without and always put their children's welfare before their own. Quite often....children will take this for granted, go out and live their life with only their well being as a priority. It is so heartwarming that some children do actually remember these sacrifices and make it a priority to ensure their parents never forget just how grateful they are. It is people like this that truly understand the meaning of love and to give back to those who have given so much. If you lived in Greenwich CT even if you paid your mortgage you would own roughly 3k a month in taxes and insurance, how is that for not having a mortgage , racketeering. Nice work for your parents , I just hope they live somewhere where taxes are normal .

In a way it is a shame the letter went to them and ruined your planned Christmas surprise, but I thought of something cool as I watched the video. Your parents must have had one HECK of a conversation between the time you fessed up to your mom on the phone, and when you arrived there. Imagine the moment they hung up the phone and faced each other, understanding what you had done for them out of love. Their son did this. Having that time alone together must have been amazing in it's own right.

Yes and No. I know a lady who owes on her mortgage in San Jose Ca. $250,000 mortgage. But her home went up last year $500,000 in one YEAR !!!! It’s now worth $1.5 Million. So it’s not like real debt
