Cancelled train tickets money are refunded to my paytm account on 17th march_2024 but money or refund amount history is not showing even help & support option arent resolving my issue

What about the money send by another person? Someone sent me money his account got debited but i didn't receive any amount either in paytm or in my bank......can you please tell me whether i'll receive it or not ?
Your customer service is also like this Paytm payment bank. See the results. Those co who don't put their customer 1st priority will face the same fate.
