[PB] RNK: Tenchu Low% Rikimaru 19m39s RTA, 11m03s IGT 

This is Rittai Ninja Katsugeki: Tenchu played on a PS2 console. Low% means I can only use the sword and grappling hook during the run. It took a few hours, but I managed to get a new PB. Honestly I think I'm done running this category for a while (at least with Rikimaru. I still want to get a new PB with Ayame).
