I just passed my property and casualty exam in Louisiana on my first try!! I fully believe you were a major part in that! Thank you for being so excited about insurance and making it more enjoyable and understandable for me and everyone else! You rock dude 🎉
Just passed my North Carolina Adjuster exam. I failed my first attempt but then a coworker showed me your channel. I watched every video and then bought your silver package and watched every video there as well. Just took the exam this morning and finished in less than 40 minutes. The way you explain stuff and the tricks to remember stuff was so helpful! Thank you so much.
Thank you for your kind email as well! Yes! Congrats!! I would love a five-star review that mentions your state and your exam if you are able: g.page/r/CZcozaK-XyddEAI/review
🎉I just passed my P&C test today in Cali on my 1st try! I watched all your videos this past 2 weeks and I know you were a big reason why I passed! I got 105/150 thank you so much!!
Yes! Congrats!! If you used my material, free or paid, or got support here in the group, I would love a five-star review that mentions your state and your exam if you are able: g.page/r/CZcozaK-XyddEAI/review
Took my test today. I failed by 6 points. I can, however, honestly say that because of you, I did way better than I expected. I sucked at the questions for my state Florida, but everything else I did well in. I can say I did well because of you. Thank you! Thank you!!!
I took my P&C on Tuesday and failed by 3 points, but did wayyy better than I actually expected. Your videos helped me grasp the information and helped me retain it. I retest next week and I know I’ll get that pass if I keep using your videos and study methods 🙏🏽
@@keirahleesha486 and silver it'll cover all the major tested topics, not super in death, that's what gold does. But you'll get about 14 hours of video

I just want to thank you so much for all of your time giving access to all this free valuable information! I passed my exam today ( 3rd attempt) and I couldn’t have done it without you. I’ve been using AD and it wasn’t as helpful as you’ve been at all! God bless you! Happy holidays!

Hello! I am Melissa, the Insurance Exam Queen. Read this message to know what’s important for your state exam, what you should focus on as you study, how you should study, and how I can help you secure a passing score on your exam! I have helped thousands of people pass their insurance licensing exam. Companies from United Healthcare to Hagerty have requested that I be their instructor for all their new hires in order to secure a pass as quickly as possible. During my years of working for them, and securing high pass rates, I was able to determine the quickest and fastest way to pass the exam. My method is to focus on the most tested topics, and knowing and understanding the most tested topics instead of memorizing practice exam questions. You should NOT be doing quizzes or practice exams very much and if you are- STOP. The questions in your course will not be the same questions on your exam. Knowing and understanding the material will serve you far better than multiple hours doing practice questions which is why my class series recordings make such a difference and why I have over 140 5-Star Reviews on my Google Business Page. My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, and I create a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material. Below, I have written up what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. In CA you want to focus on General Insurance(31% of your Exam) and Personal Lines(38% of your exam) is made up of Dwelling, Home, Auto, Flood and Umbrella. These categories require memorization of names, amounts, some math, and a working understanding of how this type of insurance works. General Insurance is 31% of your exam and is the foundational chapter and when you know it well, it helps with all the other chapters. You want to be very good at knowing these terms, especially anything related to contract law. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a General Insurance Terms Class. Dwelling and Homeowners(Property Policies) can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. You want to focus on policy names, policy coverages and amounts, which are named or open peril. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Dwelling and Homeowners Class. Flood is also a part of personal lines but it’s not a highly tested topic. There are some key things to know about flood and my Royal Treatment Class Series will go over them and tell you what to memorize. There are also math questions related to Property Policies, but you never quite know if you’ll get 0 or 5 questions with math. It won’t break you to fail every math question if you are strong in other areas, but it certainly helps to be prepared for them and I teach them very simply. The math on the exam requires a memorization of insurance rules, coverage amounts, an equation to learn and input into a calculator (most every state allows calculators). All my Royal Treatment Class Series include math examples. Now, in CA, Commercial is a big chuck on the exam, over 30%, BUT you do not need to know Commercial Policies to be able to pass because you only need a 60% to pass your whole exam. Commercial is hundreds of pages worth of study and content and you don’t need to know it all. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Commercial Class that tells you what to focus on with my Gold Series having the most extensive commercial videos including CGL, Workers Comp and Bonds. If you’re taking the Personal Lines exam, you do not need to know any Commercial Policies. For Auto insurance, you’ll get tested on both Personal Auto and Commercial Auto. Personal Auto is easier, so make that your biggest focus. Memorize the Parts of an Auto Policy, how they respond in an accident and definitions like Split limit and Per occurrence. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Auto Class that tells you what to focus on. Umbrella Policies are an easy concept to get points on. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Umbrella Class that tells you what to focus on. Pet insurance only makes up 2% of the whole exam so it’s not worth your brain space to know it. I do not cover it at all. So in short, Get My Royal Treatment Class Series of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum all come with 100 days access. Bronze is a Basic Review with 8 hours of class recordings. Silver is a Deeper Review with 14 hours of video. Gold has over 30 hours of the most in depth classes with a more intensive teaching of the topic, plus colorful student notes and practice questions. With Gold, you will also get access to Silver and Bronze! Platinum is Gold + the ability to talk to me daily as you study in Group Tutoring Telegram Group, it’s like having me on speed dial, plus you’ll get free tickets to all P&C Classes during your 100 Days Access. On question 54 my problem was not that I confused conditions and considerations but that an insurer promising to pay sounds like a duty or a rule, ways of behaving which is a condition, so how can I tell the difference?
Promising to pay will always be consideration, rules and duties are more like you must communicate with the customer, you have to investigate a claim, etc.
@@insuranceexamqueen oops it was question 54: But just to see if I understand what you are teaching: Insured offers a transfer of risk; insurer accepts risk by issuing a policy; Agreement is offer and acceptance; Consideration is insured pays the premium and insurer promises to pay covered claim; I can read about the promise to pay in the insuring clause or insuring agreement. Correct? For the answer to be conditions, I need to look for words like rules, obligations, duties, ways of behaving in the question - correct?
