You’d be surprised how many people don’t understand what drivers even are. They probably think you’re calling a Taxi to repair their PC or smth. Updates? Drivers? Never heard of her.
Never in my life i couldve thought a random short would give me the solution to the games crashing out of all the other high view tutorials, thanks a lot!
@@TheFlagFilms They have to make it worth their time. Every order they take where the repair was easy and could have probably been done without a repair shop’s help is time wasted on lower-priority problems. Don’t like paying $70 for a drivers update? Then do the bare minimum and familiarize yourself with your pc so you can at least do something as basic as updating your drivers before you declare it broken.
@@robertsnyder5431look up a video, look for tutorial specific to your mother board. its actually really simple. you usually need a USB drive. Download, zip and extract, move to stick, restart your pc, press delete until it pulls up bios. flash your bios and it will update.
Thank you so much. You are a lifesaver. I had this EXACT problem today and when I get home I will update my bios. I cannot stress this enough. Thank you
A lot of people questioning why someone would pay to have it fixed. After trying every thing I can, even just updating the BIOs just now and still freezing I would pay someone $500+ right now if they can just fix it for me. The struggle is REAL! lol
@@yungsilvia2507no he is just someone who took his time and actually knows what he is talking about if the updateinh fixxed the freezing it would be extreeemly lucky
There's some pretty rude comments here.. GPU updates are old news to me like anyone else but once upon a time it felt a bit daunting. The bios update it what can truly be scary so who can really blame the customer 🤷 peace of mind I'd pay for, good job technician!
@@JackWhoGames I don't think it is. DDU basically removes all the GPU drivers and then your PC is completely clean until you install new drivers again.
My pc does the same thing and I’m pretty sure it’s the bios but my dad won’t let me update it and has grounded me when I tried. So never playing videogames again
Ive updated all the drivers of my laptop and still having this issue, I cant even work and play saffety (work on 3d modelate). My laptop freezes randomly without bsod and sometime the audio get stuck. Ive reinstall w11 already, what else can i do? Pls help.
I swear these videos are just for views and no actual customer is involved. It's common sense to keep your drivers up to date (unless on amd, because some of their newer drivers are just bad). Bios sometimes will have bad updates too, so do research first before installing
I had 2 PC 1 I had for over a year, and the second one I was building for a friend. They both would blue screen and just restart at random. After so much money was spent trying to figure out the issue and countless google searches, taking things apart, etc. Turns out it was a faulty ram stick in both PCs, causing the issues. Lol, like what are the odds and the ram was from two different companies. Luckily, I RMA'd both and was back to gaming with no further issues
There are alot of gamers that dont know anything about PCs dont judge there's definitely something out there you know nothing about and ask dumb questions for, that why there are professionals, take care of shit you cant
i had problems where i would play any game and it would crash without an error, sometimes i can play for half an hour sometimes seconds. I took it to some repairs stores they couldn't find the problem. Eventually i managed to figure it out, somehow my RAM was set to run at a higher frequency then it could actually handle. I went into my bios and set it back to a slower speed and i haven't crashed since.
Here's a damn pro-tip from someone who isn't a pro, but DID know this was a possibilty a long time ago and forgot after not building a PC for a decade... 'm both thrilled and pissed to find out after trying literally everything multiple times - including installing windows fresh, and troubleshooting each part and finding nothing apparent wrong with them.... It was either the power supply, as the more draw the 4090 had on my 1000 watt, the faster it would grow unstable, or some mystery thing that endless scans wouldn't find. No overclocking and all the AI stuff disabled, btw. I've been trying to get my new build up and running for a couple weeks now - and I think I may have finally done it - guess what it was, after all that and THANKFULLY not a ton of wasted money, which I was about to do - so what was the problem? Seriously, this is monumentally stupid... but fortunate. At some point I must have tripped over or tugged the mouse hard enough that it damanged the cord near the plug - yep. USB 3.0 and 2.0 both, had no idea, and most people would NEVER think to test their human interface devices ;) but something that simple and seemingly minor (well, it wasn't very noticeable, but it was enough to cause severe instability and power-downs with no error... as well as BSODs) and all kinds of other stuff like ICUE's commander core not working, and other devices hooked up to the computer needing to be re-plugged. If it wasn't for that final piece, I would not probably have figured this out before spending tons of money. I DID "waste" money on a new PSU of a larger size, but I had eventually intended to upgrade anyway. Some of the symptoms of a faulty PSU / too small PSU are similar to having some kind of shorted device plugged into a USB port.
That'll be 200$ sir. We had to force update your graphics into it's latest bleeding edge drivers and had to flash the latest version of your whole motherboard
i9 14900k / RTX 4090 6k $ pc got the pc like a year ago i been having same issues but i still cant launch a game without crashing doesnt even make it to the preview menu, updated bios/drivers/ even system reset it and im still having issues im just at a point where im just ghonna buy another pc
I’m actually having this issue and need help. But I don’t think I have a tech like you guys near by and I tried to do this myself and it’s def user error. Would you be able to message me to see if you know anyone in my area that could help?
@@goat-ty4mI'm also facing same problem after replacing the motherboard before everything was perfect but now after playing game for 10-20 min pc completely freezes even keyboard mouse didn't work any guess what to do
i am curious to what ghame you are playing since when its valorant uninstall the riot vanguard then if that works (try out in other games) just reinstall it and see if it fixed anything since there might be smth wrong with the anticheat since its on kernal basis @@crazyboyrish2577
Had the same symptoms but also with blue screens unexpected store exception. Tested rams, tried different slot, tested my ssds, all is ok but the problem presist. Any tips?
Alr i wanna see if anyone can figure this out because ive been trying for awhile and my best guess so far is my psu so im getting a replacement on Tuesday but if this doesnt work then it’s something else also my buddy took my gpu and ram and ran test/played games with them on his pc for a day or 2 and not one crash occurred so basically my pc has been having problems for the past few weeks and ive been trying to trouble shoot it but nothing is working ( the pc parts are AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics, 32GBS of ram (2 sticks of 16gbs), EVGA GEFORCE RTX 3060) my pc has more then enough cooling as my cpu has a liquid pump and my pc case is a COIRSAIR 4000D MID TOWER with 4 fans (3 in take 1 out) unless im wrong and it isnt but ive also uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers and reset my pc, i built my pc which was in December and since then ive been experiencing these problems there have been temp fixes that will let me play my games for awhile but then will crash randomly. i also have videos of my computer specs running and the point where a game crashes but the one thing that i havent really tryed anything on is my power supply but i dont think anything is wrong with that since like i said before the games could run for hours and not crash or the game could just crash within the first 5 mins since it is very random
I have this issue: My pc runs, everything is on and running, but no display showing at all, ive tried countless different cables and 2 different PSU's and still had nothing. Worst part is, the pc wont boot if the CMOS battery is in the motherboard. What do I do?
There different way they crash some just shut down with a black screen but in my case I see a bleu screen with some text idk what it says as it restarts quickly
this happened to me occasionally but it was rare so I didn't think about it then one day it just straight up wouldn't connect to my gpu it was litterally the good old fashioned turn it off and on again (or in this case unplug and plug back in) and wouldnt you know it no more crashes scince
