Aiming better than you on pc may be due to your sensitivity either being too high or too low, and at the same time, the controller when used in-game has an aim assist enabled. I played in a Swiss 2v2 cup where mixed parties were allowed, and the single team with controllers wrecked everyone. Replaying their perspective, they barely pre-aimed us. Just swing their aim until it slows down and then aims down, which locks onto our head and then pulls the trigger. So don't worry about using a mouse and keyboard, and having better aim than controllers. It's quite literally impossible due to the aim assist Edit: I guess some of you misunderstood "lock on" as if it tracked your head. All I meant is that your aim moves towards the head of the enemy, and for a split second you can pull the trigger and get an instant headshot. I play with a controller on pc due to how op this is, and in general recoil-control is super easy on a controller. Please don't be hostile in the comments about this :) I never meant this as an insult to other players, and everyone is entitled to their opinion. Don't let my comment ruin your perspective or belief, it is simply what I've believed to jave experienced in the past and present time.

@@saiverx Getting a bigger desk and a larger mousepad meant I was able to lower my own sensitivity. Ever since, I've been much more accurate than I ever was on a tiny mousepad. Can vouch for this 100%.

Sivert aim assist doesn’t not lock on to anything at all, that’s called aim bot and is hacking, so either they were hacking or just very good and could hit heads, stop tryna hop on the fortnite bandwagon about how op aim assist is when it’s literally just not, and if you’re gonna talk about focusing being op, there’s literally no aim assist if you’re moving and if you can’t hit shots on someone standing still then I got something to tell you mate

Ahmed Tupajic I’ve been playing with a controller since I was 4 and been playing cod since I was 6, prolly not a good thing. Went out of touch with cod for a while and came back to warzone, been playing for a month. 0 wins so far.

Aim isn’t the only thing that wins you a match and that’s also the first match they showed you not the first match they played

Aculite has such a great sense of where people are, constantly chasing actoin while balancing and bouncing between cover, rarely peeking the same corner twice, taking the high ground if he can and adapting with the environment so that he has the advantage over the average player in which never learns from their own mistakes. Moving over areas with scarce cover, full peeking where you could half peek, never seeking out headshots in 1v1's, taking every 50/50 fight so it comes down to milliseconds. Great players strive off of the other players' faultiness. Let's be mindful of these flaws.

That’s because he is still a really good player It doesn’t matter if he is a controller noob, his “game IQ” is still there which is why he has an easier time than the majority of people It would be the same if a pro controller players switched to mouse and keyboard, it would be more jarring because M&K has a higher lurking curve, but they will be able to adapt faster than most because they already know how to play the game.

With or without a controller he still has his game sense. He knows how and when to engage, the map, what not to do like peaking twice at regular pace. Easy to say but it seems to do 70% of the job. Add decent aim and a bit of surprise element and you're in for the win. Still, Aculite is very versatile, its impressive.

That’s because platform has nothing to do with skill level. A good player is going to be a good player no matter what their preference is. That being said, using something you aren’t used to could cause a difference in your average performance.

Benoit Lafarge I almost don’t want to upvote this so people don’t see. I’m not the best on shooters but I have a decent amount of win because of the reasons you mentioned.

Does anyone know why the FOV is low on consoles?

@@bravskeen It would cause performance issues. I'm assuming if they upped the FOV the current gen consoles would drop frames hard.

PC players also have more field of view while console players have a very limited immutable view.

@Kareem Boukari ehh not really, if your a good player and don't really need it, it just becomes tedious because it keeps you locked on one target and makes it difficult to switch targets, and it has gotten me killed many times, when im dealing with multiple targets and down one guy, i can't move quickly enough to deal with the second guy because the aim assist wants to keep me locked on to the target i already downed

@@Justlyon You sound stupid. Use Google to see steam stats about the average hardware of pc players. You will be amazed to find out that the majority of pc players can't even get 60 fps on modern warfare.

@Bailey Porter Yeah obviously he has incredible shooter fundamentals and movement and decisionmaking, etc. but playing with a controller on PC does not in any way emulate the struggles of console players. Console players shouldn't be at all jealous that he is so solid with a controller when he has literally double the FOV with which to spot targets and probably six times the FPS with which to track them.

@@brianbowles9239 FPS on console is capped at 60 and often doesn't even get that high, usually sticks at like 35-55 for the base PS4 and Xbox. FOV is also capped on console at an abysmal 65, which greatly limits your peripheral vision and prevents you from spotting and acquiring targets. In contrast, most PC players play at 100--120 FOV and a high-end PC like Aculite's probably runs this game at 180-200 FPS.

Bailey Porter lowkey i think aim assist gets stronger with the more frames you have. i got a gaming pc like 2 weeks ago and i’m starting to notice it stick a hell of a lot harder on there than on my ps4 pro. hes still a super good player either way but i think fps plays a big part into it

Mine doesn’t work when i’m at the gulag, and when i’m playing warzone in general. Its so inconsistent

Karlo N i use precision, is the weakest aim assist setting so🤷🏽‍♂️
