@@user-xn2ij6td6x you probably didnt run it as administrator or the account settings for admin need to be checked for conflicts of allowing you to change the password. Make sure you are also under the "administrators" group
Guys this method is working fine. Just look ur user name and type for example in my case the system name is "User" then type net user User /random Now go to your password login put this shown password and create new password. Do keep in mind the name has capital letter in front same should be given in command prompt too. Thanks 👍

Yet if u have pin and wanna reset then it should. Just do as shown in video, in place of adminstrator , enter your user name. Then u will get a random password generated as shown. Now type this password after restart. It will work. The user name is case sensitive.

No. And dont play with BIOS. If you want a REAL reset, open up your computer, find the motterboard and take the battery out, start and sgurdown your computer, put the battery back on and start. WARNING:This will reset your BIOS (hard reset). So make sure you know how to use the BIOS
