I had to build a foundation for a fireplace many years ago and the hole had water in it. I decided to put in all the materials minus the water, and the next day it was hard concrete. It worked, the fireplace is still there. It was built in 1976…….

Mientras el terreno sea el adecuado, y se hagan los procedimientos debidos para dejar que la construcción se asiente antes de terminar de terminar, etc…
Actually, I contend that its much more wholesome to have people dripfeed their labour into a project with minimal mechanisation. Apart from various religions recommending work, in the physical sense for body and mind health, the employment and sense of community sure works wonders beyond saving time or money for empathetic stakeholders.

Podría ser mejor ese tipo de elevación para no tener un contacto tan directo con la humedad la mampostería de elevación obviamente se sabe de productos para esa función

They have obviously built like this for years, and it works for them, putting crushed rock under the footing is a great way to stabilize the ground, would love to see the rest of the structure

Putting the stones in stops it sinking and binds it...pity its not 12 inches thick..I like the wacker and wetting the stones ,stops it cracking ...concrete looks like sand...probably 9 to 1 mix...
They haven't add mortar yet It will be the next stage . I don't see any problem in this foundation . Looks like the soil is quite solid enough , so it didn't require to dig a more deep ditch

La estructura es para planta baja nada más con las columnas ya tiene soporte para la pared , tampoco es q quieren hacer un edificio , q acaso no viste las construcciones de antes q no tienen columnas y x último si le ponen un encadenado cada metro tiene aguante esa casa y si nonme crees mira las casas de alado y te das de cuenta lo q quieren hacer

I'm sure they know about all those things. But they can do it faster the way they do it and they don't have to invest in wheelbarrow, buckets and all those things. Besides, most of them can hardly afford paying for those luxury items you talked about.
