🔹Morning Drink ⬇️
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tbsp
Water - 500ml
🔹Breakfast - Egg Veggies Omelette ⬇️
Egg - 2pcs
Coconut Oil - 1tsp
Onion - 1 medium sized (chopped)
Mushrooms - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Green Bell Peppers - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Yellow Bell Peppers - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Red Bell Peppers - 1/4 cup (chopped)
🔹Mid-Day Snack - Sliced Apple ⬇️
Apple - 1 medium sized (sliced)
Cinnamon Powder - 1tbsp
Raisins - 10pcs
🔹Lunch - Brown Rice with Pan fried Chicken & streamed veggies ⬇️
Brown Rice - 100g (cooked)
Clarified Butter - 1tsp
Chicken Breast without skin - 200g
[ Olive Oil - 1tbsp
Himalayan Pink Salt & Paprika (as per taste)]
Broccoli - 1cup (steamed)
[ Himalayan Pink Salt & Lime juice ]
🔹Evening Snack - Roasted Nuts & Seeds with Cucumber ⬇️
Almond - 6pcs
Sunflower Seeds - 1 tbsp
Pumpkin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Fox Nuts - 10 to 15g
Cucumber - 1 cup

🔹Dinner - Chickpeas Tikki with Salad ⬇️

Flaxseed Powder - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 medium sized (chopped)
