Join me on a wonderful backpacking adventure as I hike southbound from Snoqualmie Pass on the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) in Washington. I'll conclude my journey in Cascade Locks, Oregon, covering a total distance of 246 miles.
In part 3 of my PCT Section Hike, I get back on trail from Trout Lake and hike the remaining miles of Section H, finishing my PCT section hike in Cascade Locks, Oregon.

I’ve really enjoyed watching your PCT hike. I’m in the UK & a very passionate hiker (59 yrs old) but have never done anything long distance like this. Well done to you for completing your 14 day section. It has all looked beautiful 😊

another incredible video. Thanks. What is the sunblock hoodie that you use? It looks light yet good for blocking. I'm sure there is some reason that we have mosquitoes, but they do create special challenges. Take care Kara!!!

I have the Outdoor Research Echo Sun hoodie. I love it! Usually in the spring or fall they run good sales on it too. Before I started I treated my clothes with permethrin spray, which I think did help. No way to avoid mosquitoes on trail completely in July!
