Bro you are legit dealing with this issue the same day I was trying to do mine. Thanks for the upload. Helped getting the valve off. I ended up cleaning that vacuum tube with a bunch of pipe cleaner. Thanks again man.
I did mine yesterday on a 2015 IS250. The good thing is, in Australia, the break booster is on the left side of the engine and what is has instead is the battery. Removing the battery gave me lots of room to work on. It normally is very difficult to loosen so I added anti seize on the new one for easy future removal.
Sorry for the late response, I haven’t really be active on YT lately but Tighten it til it’s tight but don’t over tighten if that makes sense. And you don’t need to change the hose
you should look in to the RR racing intake tube. it eliminates the vent return and uses an extra filter to vent to the engine atmosphere instead of returning to the intake
Mine is also AWD and I don’t think you should have any problems going low just don’t go too low where your destroying your car lol. Going low on any car would stress the suspension system, but later on I would advise to invest in some adjustable rear camber arms, fronts are adjustable from factory. And if you’re going to get wheels make sure your OD (outer diameter) is very similar, try to stay within 25”, otherwise you’ll mess your AWD drivetrain.
If you straight up slam the car then yeah you would run into issues with a good amount of vibrations. If you drop the car enough where it’s functional but low then no you will not have any issues
Chris Kheluram yea I’m not slamming it lol I’m just guna get rid of the wheel gap this car is my daily but thanks bro for the tips I appreciate it and stay safe out there
