My PCX started to loose acceleration very weirdly after i installed original modified CVT from Thailand. Its very minor faceplate adjustment for city ride. Anyway, Acceleration is fine but its something with throrrle, that i started to loose the acceleration when im puching to the max throttle. So i went to Honda in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia... btw i have PCX150 V2 Led model. So they connected to ecu and the guy showed me the graph which had the value that is default and my value which showed only 60% of max/default max for throttle position. Throttle positioning is Throttle Closed at 0 and Throttle fully opened at 100% so in my scooter it was like when i push it to 60% it already fully opened.... So i checked HOnda Service manual which is veeery hard to find and there guys had to reset my ECU after changingg the CVT parts, Its mentioned in manual if you change CVT parts, exhaust parts, air intake parts... after all those replacements they have to reset ECU and relearn this TPS sensor. So the guy did a reset using special cable and software and then i had to start the scooter and do several throttle 0-100% so it set the value of min and max for sensor... basically lake any joypad callibration)) So yeah my question is it still working fine and all sympthoms are gone? You did not do any reset or relearn steps?? Some PCX you han do reset by shorting 2 connectors of the special cable behind PCX battery. But my PCX did not reset with that procedure. Stay safe ppl.
