i broke an 11.9 at the 1/4 on E30 with ryan. downpipe, intercooler, and tune. stock turbo, stock motor. you're going to love it.

Like I had said in a previous comment, we have very similar mods and my tune has completed on revision 4, I then sent revision 4 logs to Ryan and he said that they look good and my tune was complete. My boost got up to 26 but it seems that it’s maxing out between 25 and 26 when I do pulls. Continue the content! I’m wanting a downpipe and a lowering kit, thinking about keeping stock turbo until this motor blows up if it ever does

Nice man! Well then I assume it’s close to the end now. Just got the 4th Revision and that video will be coming out next week. I have to agree I’m seeing that on mine as well, seems to hover between 25 and 26 lbs of boost on full throttle pulls. You going E30?

Glad everything is going good. I was done after a multi gear log on revision 4. Although I'm a (manual) steps differ slightly but but still was done on revision 4 after going ecoboom. Final result is 22-23 psi (3rd gear) and 368hp and 401tq (3rd gear) all from estimated numbers from the accessport on a conservative dialed back tune.

Thanks man! Ahh ok so I must be nearing the end here! Did you Ecoboom after you were tuned or before? I believe you said before in a previous comment right? And now your running a more conservative tune?

@daily_driven sorry for the late response now you have the s650 but I went ecoboom after the tune was done. After the replacement of the engine and turbo we went with a more conservative tune which is slightly better than the cobb tune

@snuggleattack9188 I went ecoboom shortly after completing my tune. I believe it was a mix of my driving style, not knowing the overall health of the engine (even though It 27k miles at the time of tuning) and not knowledgeable on how the platform operates. Sprinted driving and racing everybody and their mom from red light to red light and on highways every chance i got which was daily didn't help either. 2 yrs later still running good now with the occasional stock high pressure fuel pump issue which I have to replace every 5-6 months.

hey i really hope you reply i need help i have a 2020 mustang i have couple of things done on it i got cat back, msd spark plugs, airraid drop in filter, oil catch can. i really want to work on the hp what do you recommend i do. i get 0-60miles in 5.7 seconds and the car is 10spd automatic. please help me thank you ❤

So how would you do something like this in a base ecoboost? My 2022 doesn’t have paddle shifters and I wouldn’t be able to tell what gear I’m in?

Enjoying the process on the pd tune's..I'm sure video dose no justice on the increase in boost. You would half to be in passenger seat to feel the real progress. Cudos to you and keep the video comming.

Dude, I really appreciate your videos! I'm about to get my first "base" tune from Ryan for my 2020 EB with the 10-speed automatic. Now I just need to find a "safe" (read: no cops) place to do my datalogging. I heard you say you're in Georgia. I'm in Marietta. I wonder if GA400 would work! 😀

I’m currently getting tuned by PD I didn’t notice much of a difference from stage 2 Cobb to the final 93 tune from PD I’m currently on the 1st revision on e30 and there’s a huge difference between 93 and e30

Nice! I can’t wait to get into E30! That’s interesting I drove a bit with the Cobb stage 2 tune a while back and feel like the PD Tune is much more aggressive. But maybe my memory is deceiving me lol

Welcome to the club, my COBB stage 2 tune puts out 26 pounds of boost. If I were you I would be careful with pushing too far with the engine in your Mustang, 26 pounds of boost is really pushing it. I have the High Performance Package 2.3, it has the upgraded Focus RS block and head so it is a beefier block and head than the standard 2.3, my turbo is a little bigger than yours as well. Pushing your engine that much I would suggest running a 5w-50 weight group V Ester synthetic oil for maximum protection. I run Redline 5w-50 in my 2.3 High Performance Package Mustang, it calls for 5w-50 all the time. I am pretty sure your spec is for 5w-30 but if you track it I think your manual will say to use 5w-50 while tracking it. There is a reason for that. Once you tuned it you are better off with the 5w-50 Group V Ester synthetic oil in the engine all the time for maximum protection. One of the reasons to run a Group V Ester synthetic oil is because Ester oils are excellent at keeping the engine clean, it will also help to keep the back side of the intake valves from building up carbon deposits on them. Did you ever do a hand calculated mileage to compare it to your read out?

Thanks for the information here! I don’t think my Cobb stage 2 tune when I had it loaded on the car (very short period of time, then went back to stage one after seeing negative ignition correction) hit 26lbs of boost but I could be mistaken. That’s cool yours does with the HPP you have. I appreciate the tips man! Also no I didn’t calculate it manually, honestly didn’t have the time to go back and do it.

I was unaware the performance pack came with upgraded block, heads, and turbo… I thought it was just a lower geared rear end and a larger intercooler?

@@derrick7648 The performance package includes a lot of upgrades to the engine because it is a derivative of the Focus RS engine, only instead of front wheel drive with an east west layout of the engine it is a north south layout in the engine bay for the rear wheel drive. That is why the 2.3 High Performance package is capable of 4.5 second 0 to 60 time stock. The intercooler is still the same small intercooler as the standard 2.3 Mustang. I went with a MAP Street intercooler with CNC machined end caps on the intercooler.

Stock should be around 20psi. You might have a boost leak somewhere if your only getting 15psi

I'm just sent my revision 2 out. Going on 3. What kinda hp and torque are you making? I have full bolt ons in my 15 and up to 405 torque and 340 hp

E30 will get u around 360whp 450wtq. So my dyno says. Lol. I'm now in revision for my nx2 then I'll add my methanol kit. 450whp is where I think I'll stop on a stock motor.
