These two would have been better compared if you used both methodologies to solve the same problem. Instead one was used to test an opportunity and the other was used to solve a problem. So without standardization it's unclear how to two methods are truly different and it becomes an apples to oranges comparison with the tie breaker being decided by you siding with an Einstein quote and not a real process. Ironic considering the subject matter. :)
