I love your workouts Joe. You make a difficult time better. I was struggling to get started in a morning, and so I tried your exercises. It has made a huge difference. Your positivity and energy give me and my kids a real boost everyday. Thanks, and please keep making your great videos. You make us happy.
Thank you Joe for your workouts, I don’t do them in the morning as I go on a dog walk, But I find I can slump at about 3 or 4pm so that’s when I do your workouts and they really lift my spirit, energy and enthusiasm, sometimes it’s a real effort to get motivated to start with, but I know once I have I will feel better keep up the good work Diane from West Midlands xx

We have just started watching you as its raining, so no going in the garden! We think you're fantastic, so engaging and cheerful. As i have arthritis i can only do your stretches but i love your trivia questions.. so as my 3 lively children, Ethan, Amelie and Dolly are doing squats, i can join it too shouting out answers! Thank you so much, Im genuinely grateful, Its helping us lots . My children would love a shout out although Im sure everyone else does too.
I think I have noticed emojis and the spot the differences. I am really enjoying P.E and Im waiting for my comment to be read out loud .Thank you so much !
