Hi Joe it was a great workout this morning. It’s so much better doing a live workout thanks for making me feel good each morning. You’re so encouraging and give out a positive vibes. Will miss doing the Morning workouts once the lockdown is over. But I think as a nation we can take all the goodness that you have shared to us all and always rely on exercise to make us feel better and about keeping positive and pushing ourselves to keep happy 😃

Never make the live feed because I work nightshift,,but always feel better when I get up and do the work out,,I started doing it with my kids to try and motivate them during this time,but it's been so good for me,, feeling so much better in myself,,and have actually lost weight and feel fitter,, to thanks Joe 🙂👍

Didn’t want to do this this morning, but 9.10 my 5 year old said mummy we have to joe wicks! I said it had already started so he told me to start it at the beginning again! 😂 glad we did it now, feel much better to start my work. 👍🏼
