Peaceful canoe paddling [4K Slow TV/ASMR] 

In this video, I'm doing a quiet paddle at Mølleåen north of Copenhagen, Denmark.
This was a beautiful, warm spring day. Birds were chirping and and the water was trickling along the sides of the boat.
Being on the water was a very meditative experience. But just watching this video gets me in a more peaceful state of mind.
