your surgery performed at the end to fix the defects appealed to my OCD very much!! my first thought with this is to chuck it into the fridge and let it gets hard, biting into that once it is chilled is giving shivers down my spine just thinking about it. i think id also like to add some kind of booze to the glaze before it went into the oven. just a touch! this is another killer recipe and video gail, well done!
Thank you Eric. I had never made a peach upside down cake and I decided the Hot Milk Cake would be the perfect base and it was. A little bit of amaretto or other nutty liqueur would really enhance the topping. I would probably use a half cup of chopped pecans in the topping next time! But I have a future video using the pecans and peaches, so I left this one simple! I love peaches and this cake was just delicious! Thanks again for watching!!
