Fluffy biscuit and 🥥 coconut cake combined with 🍑 peaches and delicate peach cream. Tender and tasty.
For cooking you need:
🍰 Biscuit:
3 eggs
100 g of sugar
100 g of flour
70 g of starch
5 g of baking powder
1 bag of vanilla sugar
🌡⌛ Bake at 180°C for 20 min.

🍰 Coconut cake:
4 egg whites
140 g of sugar
40 g of flour
100 g of coconut shavings
20 g of oil
5 g of baking powder
🌡⌛ Bake at 180°C for 20 min.

4 egg yolks
1 bag (40 g) of peach pudding
400 ml of milk
100 g of sugar
150 g of soft butter
🍑 Additionally:
1 large can of canned peaches
🥣 Syrup for impregnation:
100 ml of peach syrup
70 ml of water
