Peacock's Majestic Flight Caught on Camera at Leo Carrrillo Historic Ranch Park 

🦚📸In this video, I was lucky enough to catch footage of a peacock flying, a peacock mating call, and peacock mating dance with beautiful display of feathers at Leo Carrillo Historic Ranch Park in Carlsbad, CA.
🦚The peacocks were brought there in 1937 by the actor Leo Carrillo, a passionate animal lover who imported several mating pairs from India. The peacocks quickly thrived at the ranch, and their population grew steadily.
🦚Today, there are around 40 peacocks living at the park, and they are one of the most popular attractions for visitors. The peacocks are free to roam the 27 acre grounds of the park, and they can often be seen perched in the trees or strutting their feathers.
🦚The peacocks play an important role in the park's ecosystem and help to control the population of insects & rodents and disperse seeds which help to promote new plant growth.
🦚The presence of peacocks is one of the many unique and charming features of Leo Carrillo Historic Park and the surrounding neighborhood at Rancho Carrillo.
