“The three litre is disappointing” , it’s a 3L bag I am not sure what you are expecting ??? , any of these bags are well designed but they are what they are 3,6 and 10L, as a designer myself I am not sure what else could be done to make the 3L hold more without making it a 4L or 5L bag.
The 3L is disappointing for his Carry. He does not say how it should be better, but just that it is not enough for the stuff he wants to carry. Thats it.
@@clausturing7575 That is not what he is doing. He checks how much the 3L can hold and it is not enough for him. By the way at the end of the video he says what you proposed: He will send the small one back and buy the big one.
Thank you so much for this video! I have an a6600 and was in the market for a small sling. I was torn between the 3L and 6L. I think the 6L works best for me.
Thanks for the great comparison. I can get in the 3l, ZVE1, 16-35 Zeiss, 24mm F2.8, Tamron 28-75, spare battery. cards, phone in the front and a grip on the straps underneath. However, this does involve a certain way to put the items in. I show this on a video. I also use the capture clip, so when you are in a position where you need to use the camera quick, i just leave it on the clip so it is immediately accessible- an essential add on for the 3l in my view.
I felt exactly the same about the 3l, a bit too small. Just the camera, lens, batteries and sd cards. The 6l was just too bulking for a daily walking around bag. Appreciate the video and the comparisons. I don't get all those negative critical people. Ignore them. You did a great job. 👍🏽
Thank you for the review. Your examples of how you pack your bag with various equipment was extremely helpful- I just so happen to want to carry my Switch around with some camera gear as well. 6L it is.
You said it’s not a review, and then you said it is... Their website gives useful info as to what kinds of cameras and how many lenses would fit inside. They also give dimensions.
If you are only using a crop sensor camera, you should consider attaching the capture clip for easy access to you camera and more room in the bag. especially on the 3L.
My problem is that I can’t find anything about these slings from someone who is not a photographer. I’m looking for the right size sling that i can use as a tech bag when flying, and that can hold my Sony over-ear noise canceling headphones.
Thanks for sharing the review! Like you said there weren’t really much review videos that really show what you can hold, I did watch some of them and I was really gonna get the 3L but you changed my mind, I have an a6400 on the 18-105 lens w the pocket 2 that I wanna carry with me, while the 6L is a bit higher and bulkier I think it’s worth it if I want to fit a little bit more than what you fit in the 3L since it seems to be super tight after you fit those items in the 3L. Thanks for the review!
Good video. Thank you, you touched on a lot of things that other reviewers are not talking about. Do you think you could fit a 13" MacBook air into the 6L?
I just bought one. It can carry my Sony A7r + Elmarit 28mm F2.8/Voigtlander apo-lanthar 50mm F2 & Summarit 90mm F2.5 + batteries/SD cards. I'm very happy.
Thanks for taking the time to do this. I'm doing my research on these bags and I would put my camera in the same way you do for quick access. From what you showed, the 3L would actually suit what I am getting a sling for better than the 6 would. When traveling I'm usually a run and gun, ninja incognito street shooting type of style. I prefer to stay light with the bare minimum to capture moments while enjoying the trip. I just need 1 cam with a lens attached, 1 extra lens, battery, and a few ND filters and that's it. I rather have my phone, wallet, airpods..etc in my pockets than in the bag anyway.
Exactly, if i wanted to pack microphones, cards, tripods, etc... I would rather use my PD Everyday Backpack. The 6L almost looks like a messenger bag, and the 10L is a full on backpack replacement. It defeats the purpose of a sling bag, that is to be small and lightweight for when you don't need to carry a lot of stuff. You could also get the Capture V3 and it makes the 3L even more functional.
I like the 6 liter this bag was well-thought-out and put together with the best materials possible I think it's super great better than any other camera bag in its price point waterproof well thought-out design pocket and four lenses well-thought-out I recommend this back to everyone that's into photography
You probably have never checked out the official videos about those bags. You don't know how to fold the separator for the camera, the grip of the camera can rest on the folded bit so the room underneath the camera can still be utilized.
I’m not sure if you knew as it was not mentioned in the video. In the 6L there is a tablet pocket in the rear. It will fit up to an 11 inch iPad Pro. The 10L will fit a 12.9 inch iPad Pro. My 6L arrives tomorrow so I’m excited. Thanks for showing some real world uses and showing us what is possible with both sizes. I enjoyed your video.
I just recieved my 6L. It is smaller than I thought. My iPad 11 Pro does fit, but you can’t close the magnet. The bag overall is very nicely made, but I might end up swapping it for the 10L. LOL
Thanks for making this video, It's exactly what I've been trying to find. And don't worry, some of us know that one can be disappointed in something without thinking it is bad. I too am disappointed that it looks like the 3L will not work for my needs. I'm disapointed because it is such a nice bag but I can't use it.
Great vid. Was looking for this kind of review of the 6L. Unfortunately our gears are not the same. I had couple lenses. I think with your gear, the old 5L would suffice.
Dude you say everything is disappointing like at least 3 times before moving to the next thing you'll say is disappointing. If you're going to do that cut your video down in post! And the subscribe graphics are too excessive. They don't do anything if you just spam them. Use them appropriately at a single moment of the video used to promote your channel or don't put it in at all.
I try to post all my videos on Fridays. Sorry I had no idea it sent out notifications. I’m trying to make sure I have something to post for the holidays.
Thanks for the video, but I’m not sure what you were expecting with a 3L. Of course, you’re not going to get as much in as a 6L. Most people don’t carry cameras, and quite frankly, unless you’re a professional or aspiring photographer using anything beyond a cell phone these days is kind of silly. The 3L would make for a great day bag while one is travel. perfect size to walk around a city.
