Deep house tiger mix. Part of my peak focus for complex tasks isochronic tones series. An upbeat deep house mix combined with beta wave isochronic tones and amplitude entrainment effects. Designed to produce a deep focus mental state while studying or working.

► Subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks:
www.youtube.com...
Use this track when working on advanced and complicated topics like coding/programming, mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any complex mental activity.
Isochronic tones produce a stronger and more powerful brainwave entrainment effect when compared to binaural beats or traditional music.
What is this?
This is a high-intensity audio brainwave entrainment session, using isochronic tones. Listen to this when you need a strong burst of intense focus to concentrate and study things like advanced mathematics, scientific formulas, financial analysis or any other complex mental activity.
How is this session constructed?
The session starts off beating at 10Hz and ramps up to the 18Hz range by the 6-minute mark. The isochronic tones frequency then randomly fluctuates between 17.5-18.5Hz to help prevent habituation. This stops you from getting too used to the same frequency when using the track regularly over time. Once the track gets to the final 5 minutes it ramps back down to 10Hz again. You can see an image showing how the session is constructed at the beginning of the video.
How to use it?
Listen to this track with your eyes open while doing the task/activity you want to focus on.
Headphones are NOT required
Although headphones are not required you may find they produce a more intense effect, because they help to block out distracting external sounds.
When to listen?
Because this track increases your beta brainwave activity, it's best to listen to this during the daytime and early evening. If you listen to this too close to bedtime, it might disrupt your sleep, in a similar way to how you might respond if you drank coffee just before going to bed.
How loud should the volume be?
The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that it's uncomfortable for you and hurts your ears, or gives you a headache. I'd recommend starting with the volume around halfway and adjusting it to a level that you feel comfortable with from there.
How Isochronic Tones Work
If brainwave entrainment and isochronic tones are new concepts for you, you can find out how everything works and the potential benefits here: www.mindamend.c...

I use to take ADHD medication for 3-4 years but then stopped due to side effects from the medication. After purchasing BoseQ45 headphones I decided to give your music a try . It's incredible how your music gives me the same effect as the adhd medication except without any side effects. I've struggled for the first couple of months at my new job after quitting the meds last year but this music has completely changed me. What's more crazy is I can go into a deep hyper focus zone which I've never been able to do before . Luckily I'm only in the start of my career and your music should take me a long way! I encourage you to please continue making tracks such as this one which not only makes you focus but fills you up with positive energy and adrenaline.

Tip: plug in headphones (like the tiger is wearing!) so not only does it block out other noise, but it also helps to physically tether you to your desk, unlike wireless/airpods/pixel buds.

Hi @Jason, thank you so much for all your tracks. I too have something akin to ADHD. I decided not to pursue the medical route. I had depression in my youth and the side effects were horrendous. Now I manage my condition using diet, little to no alcohol, no social media, meditation and physical exercise. I still find it difficult to focus when the work is non-physical(I'm a project engineer, so I if I am the desk, I find it very diffcult to focus. It can be debilitating. Which is where your music comes in. Your music helps me focus, calm down and find a flow. I am so grateful that you have made these tracks for those who have so much to contribute, but struggle to. Our super power is also our kryptonite. Please keep doing that voodoo that you do so well. I'll contribute when my financial situation is better bro. Someone like you, who has helped so many ought to be supported. Be well my friend!

Another amazing track, thank you 🙏 I was diagnosed with ADHD last November at age 48 and medication has been helpful, especially as demands on my ability to focus and concentrate are high as I have returned to university full-time! However, I think your music is even more beneficial and I have been listening to it for a number of years since I returned to education and prior to realising I had ADHD. I've had a really intense couple of weeks with assignments and exams and the only time I've been able to spend a decent length of time studying is when I listen to your music so thank you, I hope you know how incredibly helpful it is and literally life changing for those of us who struggle to focus and concentrate ❤️

Thanks Kevin, I appreciate your willingness to support me and your good suggestion. Unfortunately, I couldn’t really make stickers out of the animal faces, as I probably wouldn’t have the rights to do that. I usually license the animals on a royalty-free basis, with certain limitations of use. I regularly change them a little by taking parts away or adding new elements to the original design. However, I wouldn’t be confident that my edits are enough to be able sell stickers of them.

Jason thank you for this. I get completely in the zone working to this. It’s sort of like a miracle. I did want to check with you though if you might know if this frequency music can cause dry eyes?
@MindAmend
@MindAmend Год назад
Thanks Christine. I think I've probably had a couple of other people mention to me about dry eyes over the years. So if isochronic tones do cause that, it doesn't appear to be very common. However, it is known that increasing brainwave activity does use up more of the brain's energy/water resources. If you're already dehydrated beforehand, listening to the tones can cause some head tension over time, as you become more dehydrated. So my guess is that you were probably dehydrated if you had this reaction. You should be able to prevent it from happening by ensuring you're well-hydrated before listening and drink something as you go if listening for long periods.

Great music that helps focus. I have also listened to it at 0.75 speed and 1.25 speed - both quite good IMHO. Pitch (isochronicity) is different but good. Three sets of music in one... [AI Cha GPT4] Delta Waves (0.5 - 4 Hz): Associated with deep sleep and healing. Theta Waves (4 - 8 Hz): Linked to REM sleep, deep meditation, creativity, and emotional connection. Alpha Waves (8 - 14 Hz): Often associated with relaxation, calmness, and reduced anxiety. This range is typically thought to be conducive to focus, learning, and concentration. Beta Waves (14 - 30 Hz): Linked to normal waking consciousness, active thinking, and problem-solving. Higher beta frequencies are often associated with increased concentration and alertness, but also with anxiety at the higher end of the spectrum. Gamma Waves (30 Hz and above): Associated with high-level information processing, insight, and peak concentration.
