Just love how timeless they all are, even over the weekend I was at a convention and we were still talking about Bill being turned into a Cyberman, River Song's identity and the revelation of the War Doctor all these years later 😊
@@JB-vq6xv Well, I shan't speak ill of other showrunners and writers because part of it is subjective preferences, but I don't think he was *ever* worse than anyone else's average.
Capaldi's era is my absolute favorite, but I 100% agree the Matt Smith era had a special kind of magic to it - because so much of it was about that childlike wonder and growing up throughout its seasons but especially season 5 which is such a fairy tale, and that season 6 opener goes crazy.
While I don't know if I'll enjoy Joy to the World, I'm glad at the very least Boom was such a strong story. A perfect blend of tense and humorous only Moffat could achieve.
@@DrWhoFanJ says the lowest ratings and the numerous fans who left because it threw away past ideals and identity for a non sensical dubious cest pit of reinforcing social theology and overall piss writing, for example what they did to Donna and doctors story was disgusting and negated soo much of the purpose of the show just for inclusive material. People without a brain just say things without listing reason I think that's abit like why you watch this show because it's a empty sausage roll
@@Andyhilyer ok that was best one but in my opinion it’s like saying what’s the best of the worst. Now I don’t wanna sound like the critics of it but Doctor who isn’t Doctor who anymore. It’s like a shell of its former glory
