Hmm...I wonder if you could add powder sugar to the peanut butter, in place of the honey. Than the peanut butter will be more like Reese’s cup texture.

Hello beautiful you 😍! It’s granulated sugar not icing sugar but yes I used both types of sugars. Brown sugar gives a slight chewy texture to the cookies and that caramel taste 👍. Thank you!
