I just made this recipe with 500g peanut, 500g flour, 330g icing sugar and 250g oil. It didn't work. I dunno why but I had to add more oil coz the dough won't combine. It's too dry and won't stick together. I also feel that it is a bit too sweet. Should I use 1kg of peanuts, 500g flour, 330g icing sugar and 250g oil instead? Anyone else tried this recipe?

instead of icing sugar shall we use jaggery sugar ?
