Remember when I was a child, my grand parents have a little peanut farm, every year I'll go to grandpa's house and help them to pick peanut from farm, and then send them to oil factory directly, oil factory won't charge us for extract the oil, instead they will take the left over after extraction as remuneration. Even today peanut oil is still my favorite.
This is the reason you need to be critical to what kind of peanut butter you buy. In ordinary peanut butter they remove all the peanut oil and replace it with palm oil and such crap. Be sure to buy real peanut butter.
No kidding I was an electrician one time in a factory that made finger sticks the biggest finger steaks that only went to restaurants and the biggest chicken fingers it was awesome these girls in white lab coats the most beautiful Russian Ukrainian girls with heavy accents would walk around and feed Us daily.
@@ayberkyesil7163 tem um gosto estranho, lembra barata. Usei óleo de todos os tipos para conhecer o sabor. Mas dá para usar o amendoim é bem fraco o gosto
Peanut oil has a much higher smoke temperature than olive oil. A curry in a wok with olive oil will set off the smoke detectors and may require a fire extinguisher.
It proved experienced workers on the ground sometimes know better than the automation engineers, a free plastic bag can helps to rectify expensive design defects (outlet spilling control).
@@randychopa2699 Lots of common every day item. You don't really know how they make it unless you do research. Shelling nuts in just 1 bag and doing it in tons is very different.
We take everything for granted. The amount of work others put in and the ideas and technology that brought us a lot of our conveniences must be deeply appreciated.
@@ahmedomersulimanalgaly951 there is a location in the vid information, I am not so sure about its English name. My hometown is one of the biggest agricultural county in my country, so there are a lot fresh stuffs.
The gallon at the grocery store is heavily refined. That bottle was made with roasted nuts and was cold pressed like how they do with extra virgin olive oil. The "fancy bottle" would actually taste of peanuts.
As others have already said, "I highly appreciate that you did not include any annoying music" too, but then I think it would be beneficial if you included some on-screen captions explaining the processes. Not that I would need them (being an "industrial chemical processes chemist" I'm familiar with all this stuff) but it would make the video more understable for other folks, less familiar with the subject.
FILLING IN THE BOTTLES IS MANUALLY. IT IS A VERY SLOW PROCESS. IT IS A LARG FACTORY ITS PRODUCTION RATE WOULD BE VERY SLOW. FILLING, CAPPINGAND LABELLING BY HAND. 🤔
Nothing beats the wonderful smell/aroma/taste cooking with peanut oil. Recent study focused on smoke point, free radicals etc that's raised some concerns on it. My guess is if you don't overheat (160 C for unrefined or 230 C for refined peanut oil) for stir/pan frying to avoid smoking then moderate daily consumption is OK. BTW, using oils with higher smoke point for deep frying is recommended.
As a former professional in the Chemical Industry, I need to say that using paper, is not precisely the most healthy way to compress the seeds, there will always be contamination with CMC (carboxy-methyl cellulose) and the chemicals used to treat the paper, sulphites and more. Won't use any oil coming from there.
“Between our craves and our regrets stands the live stage of the presence that must give meaning and consistency and feel-good vibes to our life. At the same time, it raises the power of positivity and reconciles the history of our past with the expectations of the future. ("Island of regret.- Island of remorse.")” ― Erik Pevernagie
Its really amazing. WHen I make energy bars at home the peanuts are completely dry at first but after few minutes of mixing they get like a paste .same with almonds
just keep in mind that most, if not all peanut oil in the supermarket's shelves are solvent extracted(chemicals used to maximize oil extraction), and not pressed extracted like this on the video.
So what? Peanut oil is often extracted with an organic solvent like hexane and then the solvent is boiled or evaporated out. Its not bad for you or unnatural in any way. Solvent just means something it dissolves in, water is a solvent who cares if it is used in cooking?
As someone that has replaced a lot of galvanized pipes (and seen what comes out of them), I am disgusted that they are using them to process food, instead of stainless, or some other option.
Looked like old peanut oil to me rather than rust and I used to purchase metal for an industrial door company. There are different colours of rust too but I saw none here.
I agree that the stainless will look much better, but the whole process with a lot of head and and it covered by oil, just like we wont find any rust inside the engine.
@@henmich Yeah, this. Like, I saw some hint of rust around the opening of the pipes, that's how you know that there could be whole another level of rust inside the galvanized pipe which is pretty disgusting, based on my experience of changing one galvani pipe set in my house

in most cases, the peanut oil found in the store is not produced in the way described in this video. Rather, a solvent is added to the ground peanuts which joins the oily part to separate it from the fibers. Subsequently, the oil-solvent mix is subjected to evaporation, a process in which the solvent is separated from the oil and used for a new production cycle.
@@IIGrayfoxII That's what I was going to say. Cold pressed is -- supposed to be -- this process. As opposed to the "Chinese process" which involves opening a manhole cover.
This ain't the same stuff you fry turkeys in. I'm allergic to peanuts but not a majority of peanut frying oils because of how processed they are. I'd bet I'd be allergic to this stuff. High quality.
Desconhecia a forma de fabricação do óleo de amendoim. Grato por ter dedicado teu tempo em compartilhar e agregar conhecimento a outros. Ops esqueci, escrevo do Brasil.
