Yeah...sad day. His new D.W. kit is almost exactly like his most recent Pearl kits. It's a shame. I'd take Pearl over D.W. any day. I mean, D.W. is a great company but their drums are so pricey that ordinary mortals can't afford them; whereas Pearl makes GREAT drums even at the low end of the price point.
His kit hasn't changed ever, I don't know why he gets a new one for every song. But I suppose he doesn't have as far to go to collect his new kits as DW are just round the corner....
