On the heartbeat T man said it's a bug. But hazard does get added at the start of each run. In my previous comment I made the mistake of assuming it was also true for clank. The thing is to start the heartbeat there has to be atleast one clank that gets added at the start of each game. It is there to stop the heartbeat when exiting the dungeon. It is kind of genius actually. But I don't know why this happens(the heartbeat bug). 😅
