Good video, very interesting. I have a suggestion. I know that some drums that I have cleaned up are known for those lug screw bosses breaking off, yet my method prevents this, I believe. When re- installing the lugs, only put force on the lug against the shell as firmly as you can, and turn the screws in gently until you feel tension, then just a bit more. I never use the screws to "draw" the lug to the shell and tighten them this way.
