Simple rule works in 80% cases,100% exam questions 1)ruleout mitochondrial (all children's of affected female are diseased) 2)dominant/recessive-easy... all affected persons have 1affected parent=dominant,.....otherwise recessive 3)Dominant--no male to male transmission+affected father has all daughter affected=x linked dominant ,....otherwise autosomal dominant/y linked [Only male and all males affected=y linked) 4)Recessive--> no male to male transmission+no female affected=x linked recessive....... otherwise autosomal recessive

Last example me II - XaY me infection hai XaX me nai jabki dono me Xa hai. Ye recessive hai isliye XaXa hota to female infected hoti but same case male k sath kyu nai ho raha wahan to ek Xa se hi infection ho raha hai

Wrong ist pedigree was autosomal recessive disorder not autosomal dominant if it was dominant disorder then all the generation will show disoder but there was some normal traits
