PEDS in GTA IV..? 

PEDS is a GTA Machinima Series following the lives of the pedestrians in the gta universe. Think sitcomy with really corny jokes but some GTA action and a interesting overall story arch. Season 1 took place in Vice City, Season 2 in Liberty City (GTA LC mod) and Season 3 is now in San Andreas. I just used a random clip from Season 1.

"Can I have one of them?" It's the best line in the whole game. Hey, hotdogs are people too. ^^

Oh and I'm with you on the fullscreen view.

i think he used something like sony vegas to edit it and make it look like hes watching peds.

yeah must be in gta 4 cause if u pause the video at 00:32 it say press L2 (i think) to watch T.V.
