Pee Chan The House Sparrow 

Scientists have told that we should save sparrow orelse it will get exist soon I try very hard to do everything I can

I tried to kiss my sparrow I rescued last year and she bit me. My lip bled so much 😭

Someone released this bird after rescuing and raising him and he was lucky to find this man to care for him because they only survive 2-3 years outside while inside they are recorded as living as long as 23 years. I have 2 Sparrows and even the fledgling I rescued is not very trusting but the newly hatched one I found laying near a trashcan and raised by hand is just as friendly as the one in this story. He even sleeps next to me and follows me around the house. From the black bib over the throat and chest this is a male.

I had the same sparrow Bird and it would do the same behaviour but now he is not in the World anymore and my heart is so feeling sad

What I love most about this story, and about Japan, is that they have all sorts of jobs that just don't exist in most Western Countries (i.e. a crossing guards & driveway attendants outside buildings) and many of these are filled by older people.

I used to have a blind sparrow, same species as this one (Eurasian Tree Sparrow). I miss it very much.

I have a pet sparrow too! His name is Chichi.

I love these guys. When I was young they installed new big industrial fans in the cafeteria. The poor sparrows didn’t know and flew right into it. Traumatised a lot of kids eating under that fan when it decapitated itself. I never look at them the same way anymore I always am reminded and am filled with great sorrow
