The first episode of the season 2 I saw when I was 4 years old during early summer 1988 as a rerun same day my parents replaced the living room furniture set the whole day I can remember from morning to bedtime as my mom plays R&B from 60s and 70s I also can remember after Saturday morning shows Thank you for my childhood memories RIP Pee Wee

I basically use the four food groups each day. Take my lunch I eat each day at work for example Whole grain bread from the Breads and Cereals group gives me calcium and takes care of my daily fibre. Black forest ham from the meat group takes care of my protein. Carrots or carrot chips from the Fruits and Vegetables group give me my daily dose of vitamin A and Greek yogurt from the Dairy products also gives me protein but also takes care of my calcium. Forgot to mention, fruits like apples, pears and beverages like cranberry mango juice from the fruits and vegetables group gives me my daily dose of antioxidants, beta carotine and vitamin C
