Look at the diversity of guests and how she EASILY manages each of them. DLR was NOT an easy interview but she kept it on track. Same with the others.

@@shinitaru actually, at the time they were the only two people who owned the rights to their characters...long story short, early on, Cassandra Peterson, instead of getting more money from the TV station agreed that she would take the rights to the character of Elvira in leu of more money....pretty savvy..

Phyllis Diller is a legend! I miss her. Elvira's just awesome. Who knew she had Ghoul, Vampire, and Critic in her bloodline? I was surprised that David Lee Roth was such a polite, humble and likable guy.
