Very nice demonstration! I'm guessing it could be, that there is a blue triarylmethane dye in gatorade, C37H34N2Na2O9S3. If you had some sodium hydroxide in the flasks, then the dye would be blue from oxidation by O2 when you pour the liquid, and colorless a few seconds later after it is reduced by reaction with sugar in the drink in alkaline conditions.
