OMG....I know her!!! I don't know if she remembers me but we used to live in Seat Pleasant together and went to the same schools. She was one or two grades ahead of me. From the thumbnail I said OMG, that looks like Jeneen, so I had to click to see. Indeed. OMG! :) She always did have great hair...used to rock a bangin' asymmetric back in the day!
