peep magazine interview dark art professional airbrush artist, Bad Bone Custom Paint at his first Creature Cult Art Show in Newcastle’s Shields Road. peep discuss the many arthouse cult horror movie genres including The Exorcist, TheThing, The Lost Boys, along with many other popular culture video nasties.
Bad Bone custom Paint specialises in airbrush art and illustration with a particular interest in pointillism art - much like his good friend - Cack Handed Kid.
The macabre artist and model maker artist also created and sometimes sculpts his own busts and creates ‘mash-up’ styles to juxtapose different horror elements into one piece of artwork. The fictional Regan MacNeil head was mixed with ‘The Thing’ homage to create one unique piece of horror art.
The show was called CREATURE CULT ART SHOW and structured as a ‘pop-up-shop’ situated under a Mexican restaurant called ‘Chuchos’ 272 Shields Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Ne6 1DQ. The show features local Dj’s including Kavik Armageddon and Pegz Rat Milk Records.
